Modento and Swell Partner Expanding User Capabilities

Holladay, UT May 12, 2020 – Modento, a patient engagement, communication, and loyalty platform for dental practices today announced a partnership with Swell, a growth platform for local businesses. This partnership will provide Modento customers with tools that help them improve their online reputation and convert more prospects with online webchat capabilities.  

Currently, the cloud-based Modento platform helps dental practices set up loyalty programs, engage with patients, and streamline paperwork and billing with paperless forms and online payments. The partnership with Swell adds new features to the Modento platform, including a review solicitation tool, which helps practices automatically generate reviews from their patients via text message, and a webchat tool that helps practices engage with their website visitors in real time.
