Mobile Terms of Service Policy

By providing your mobile phone number to Swell or by changing the phone number associated with Swell services including the desktop and mobile Swell applications, you agree to Swell’s Mobile Terms of Service as outlined below. 

The term “Company” refers to any company that has set up an account with Swell, while “User” refers to an authorized individual using Swell’s services on behalf of the Company. 

You consent to accept and receive calls, texts, SMS, and other electronic messages from Swell to the phone number you or your company provided to Swell when you became a User or when you updated the contact information associated with your Swell account. 

Your phone number may be used for communications related to our product, to our services, and for feedback about our products and services. The frequency of these messages will vary. Message and data rates applied by your cellular phone carrier  may apply to text and SMS messages we send you. Neither Swell nor your cellular phone carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

You may opt-out of text and SMS messages by replying “STOP” to any of the messages you receive. If you wish to opt back into messages or if you have issues receiving messages, you may contact us.
